Are you fully insured and safety checked?
Yes, we have 10 million Public Liability Insurance and all our equipment is annually PAT tested (Portable Appliance Testing). We are more then happy to provide copies of the documents upon request before the event.
How long does it take to setup?
For most functions we will allow an hour for setting up and packing away. For larger or all day functions more time may be required.
How much do you charge?
We have put starting prices on the relevant service page for your event. Our prices very depending on location and what services you require. We have lots to offer and can fit into most budgets so please contact us to receive an accurate quote.
Do we get a contract?
Yes, before paying a booking deposit you will receive a PDF contract along with details of the event information. This is to protect both parties and you will receive a copy via email.
Can we select our own music for the event?
Yes, once you have booked your event with us we will provide you with login details to our planning portable, where you and your guests can make requests. At the event we have song request slips should guests wish to request songs. We cannot guarantee all song requests will be played but we will try our best.
What are your venue requirements?
We require, a free parking space, a person present to allow access to the premises, clear access routes into the venue with a safe working area, a venue plan to know where to setup the equipment, a minimum of two 13 amp sockets, a minimum venue space of 9ft wide and 5ft depth potentially more and the venue must hold the appropriate licences.
We don’t usually provide services to upstairs venues unless there is a working lift or prior agreement is in place.
Can we arrange a meeting before we book you?
Yes, we encourage you to arrange a meeting with us before the event at a convenient time and location for you but if possible at the venue.
Can we pay for additional hours at the event?
Yes the minimum charge is £75 and the overtime fee needs to be agreed and paid one hour before the scheduled event finish time, this also requires the venue’s agreement.
What are your payment arrangements?
To book your event we require the non-refundable booking deposit. The balance is then due 31 days prior to the event date. Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer.
